大采深切眼掘进巷道冲击地压防治技术实践

摘要: 大采深孤岛工作面切眼掘进巷道是冲击地压防治领域的难点之一,基于理论分析、数值模拟、现场监测等方法,考虑切眼贯通前超前应力、孤岛煤柱集中压力、构造应力等耦合影响,分析了切眼掘进冲击地压致灾因素,给出了切眼掘进巷道的冲击危险性;采取了切眼掘进巷道大断面设计方案,建立了综合防治技术体系;根据现场冲击事件统计结果,分析了掘进期间冲击事件发生特征及其原因,总结了孤岛工作面切眼掘进巷道冲击地压防治的成果。研究表明,采用的技术方案是有效的,可为类似条件冲击地压防治提供参考。

Abstract: Excavation roadway of island workface is one of the difficulties in the field of rock burst prevention in deep mining. Rock-burst factors was analyzed to determine the risk degree of rock-burst of driving roadway, through the method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field monitoring, by coupling analysis of lead abutment pressure, isolated coal pillar stress concentration, geological structural stress, based on the principle of stress control. And large cross section design scheme of the driving open-off cut roadway and comprehensive prevention and control technology were took. And the characteristics and causes of rock-burst events occurred in the period of excavation were analyzed, and achievements of rock burst prevention were summarized. The results show that the adopted technical scheme is effective, which could provide a reference for the similar conditions of rock burst prevention.
